Check their better business bureau ratings, not very good** They installed the wrong tint glass grey instead of bronze and tried to tell me that my bronze windows are dirty. I sent David Romero a pic, and he said yep they screwed up and would order new glass. They came again to install. While it was the right color this time, they sent the wrong size and it did not fit, and again David Romero said he would order a replacement. Months went by and no replacement window. They did charge us the full price for the window, after calling them and getting it reversed David said that he did not see an order for the replacement glass. He said he would order it, again months have gone by and no replacement glass even though we have already paid them. Don't use them, they are outright thieves and cannot be trusted. Now they will not return any of our calls. Yusuf Valez, I used to have more respect for you as a respected member of the south Florida business community. However, after using your company I have come to realize that you are just another owner of a unscrupulous business.
